J and I spent most of the day cooking, baking and grilling for the two of us. But the most fun we had was making delicious and colorful holiday cocktails. Red White and Blue.. We salute you! 
The stars of the show.. BBQ Chicken
and Blueberry Pie. This Pie recipe was doubled.So the crust dough took up almost the entire kitchen counter. I made everything from scratch. It takes longer than just buying and de-thawing pre-made crusts but it tastes so much better.
